William Crosling

Biography

Resident slave-owner on Trinidad, proprietor in 1813 of the Accono estate and the enslaved people attached to it. Crosling, who was dead by 1819, had been the agent and possibly partner of Col. Thomas Powell in the latter's effort to establish cocoa plantations on Trinidad c. 1803.
