Attorney and slave-owner in Jamaica at the end of slavery, when he was indebted to the Mitchells of London. He described Mary Williams Fearon as his mother; and the Rev. G.C.R. Fearon described him as his brother in a codicil to his will. He was the namesake of William Wheeler Fearon, son of Thomas and Mary Fearon of Clarendon, Jamaica, born c. 1751. A record of baptism shows George Fearon in Clarendon, 1817, mother Angelina Israel.
