Resident in Jamaica, widow of Rhodes Evans, and previously married to a Mr James. Born c. 1773-1775, died 1848. Mother of Eleanor Evans and Elizabeth Alice Chambers (both q.v.) and aunt by marriage of Rebecca Cresse Evans and her siblings.
Charlotte Evans, age 50, "White" was living in Lucea in the Hanover census of 1823 with her daughter Ellen (Eleanor) Evans in an area dominated by the extended family of her son-in-law Richard Chambers.
