Son of Sir John Brisco 1st bart., and Caroline Alicia Fleming, daughter of Gilbert Fane Fleming and grand-daughter of Gilbert Fleming, Deputy Governor of the Leewards.
Married Sarah Lester Ladbrooke at St Marylebone 18/11/1806; divorced in a spectacular conflict in the late 1810s; will of Sir Wastel Brisco of Crofton Hall in the parish of Thursby Cumberland who died 01/10/1862 proved 13/02/1863 by Sir Robert Brisco of Crofton Hall the son the sole executor, personal estate under £14000.
Sir Wastel Brisco inherited among other property on St Kitts Shadwell Great House, which is extant.
