Orton Park, originally Hylton Castle, built in the 1830s by Sir Wastel Brisco for his son Hylton. Mid 19th additions. Grade II; at on point, a County Council Home, but sold c. 2011.

The Buff Bay plantation was a sugar estate next to the Buff Bay River, south of Charlestown in Jamaica. By 1839, the estate was 840 acres.
