Resident slave-owner of St Vincent. He was still alive in 1851 when his brother Walter Scott (q.v.) made him his residuary heir, but has not been further traced by LBS to date. William Rose Scott of St Vincent was listed as a subscriber to Charles Shephard's An Historical Account of the Island of Saint Vincent, published in 1832.
