Parliamentary Papers p. 322. T71/892: claim by William Rose Scott and Walter Scott as owners-in-fee of one undivided moiety. D.F. Sutherland claimed as Receiver for other half, which went to the colonial Court of Chancery (i.e. a further 2268 0s 3d). Walter Scott described as 'Master Mariner, at present residing in London his address care of George Hyde 147 Leadenhall street'.
