Brother and heir of Thomas Picton, the former Governor of Trinidad, and husband of Charlotte Maria Picton (q.v.).

  1. Son of Thomas of Rhydbaxton Pembroke arm.; matriculated Brasenose 1778 aged 17, BA New College 1783, of Iscoed Carmarthen, Vicar Great St Bride's super Ely with Wock Glamorgan 1798 to death 28/08/1835. Will of Edward Picton, Clerk of Iscoed Carmarthenshire proved 16/10/1835.
