Given as Kenneth Francis Mackenzie jun. but almost certainty Kenneth Francis Hislop Mackenzie, the son of Kenneth Francis Mackenzie (who died in 1831 and who was co-owner of Plantation Lusignan) and Anne Townsend Mackenzie (q.v.).

'Mr Mackenzie sen (now dec.)' sold a moiety of the estate in 1828 to Spencer Mackay and the estate was then subject to a mortgage; in 1833 it was agreed that Spencer Mackay should receive the crops and all compensation money to pay the mortgage money and indemnify his moiety of the estate therefrom. In 1852 the sale by devisees in trust under will of Spencer Mackay of his half of Lusignan was advertised: the average annual net income of this moiety has exceeded £2000 pa over past five years.
Kenneth Francis Hislop Mackenzie late of King's Arms Yard Coleman Street now deceased was bankrupt at his death in 1840, after a fiat of bankruptcy was issued 28/08/1839. His father is identifed as Kenneth Francis Mackenzie and his mother as Anne Townsend Mackenzie, executrix of her husband, in the London Gazette announcements.
