Very likely Benjamin Crofts Everlsey junior rather than senior, as a Benjamin Crofts Eversley "fm" was buried in St Michael, Barbados, in 1833. Both given as "fn" and "fm" in various slave registers.
Benjamin Crofts Eversley senior was possibly the son of Edmund (Edmond) Eversley (1752-1823) [q.v.] and Sarah Lucas (1753–?).
