At the marriage of Charles Struth and Emma Louisa Stracey (a minor) at St Marylebone 15/04/1820, Josias Henry Stracey gave consent as her natural and lawful father.
Sir Henry Josias Stracey 5th bart., succeeded his father (1771-1855) in 1855. Will of Sir Henry Josias Stracey of Rackheath Park Norfolk who died 07/08/1885 proved 24/02/1886, effects £20,198 15s 5d, resworn £20,341 13s 2d April 1888.
T71/892 St Vincent no. 505, counterclaim from Charles Ellis Heaton for self and cotrustee H.J. Stracy, for arrears of annuity of £300 a year for wife of Charles Struth Esq under marriage settlement, claim for £525. The compensation records how her as Emily Louisa.
