Counterclaim from Charles Ellis Heaton for self and cotrustee H.J. Stracy, for arrears of annuity of £300 a year for wife of Charles Struth Esq under marriage settlement, claiming £525. Counterclaims admitted by William John Struth, but it is not clear how much to each.
