Henry Robertson

Free man of colour, grandson of Dorothy 'Doll' or 'Dolly' Thomas, son of Gilbert Robertson (q.v.) and Eliza Thomas. Qualified and practiced as a doctor in Britain, where he married: in 1881 he was living at 15 Swan Hill Shrewsbury 'General Practitioner in Medicine, member of Society of Apothecaries London' born British Guiana with his wife Sarah aged 57, sons Henry and Gilbert R. and sister-in-law Mary Merrick and one servant. He was probably the man shown as dying c. 1881 at Atcham in Shropshire.
