The Legacies of British Slave-ownership project had an Advisory Panel, as did the Structure and significance of British Caribbean slave-ownership 1763-1833. Members were drawn from the Caribbean, Britain, North America and Australia. Each person had specific expertise and specific networks. The members sponsored the project in their individual spheres of influence, provided guidance and advice to the core team on sources, and consulted on issues of policy and dissemination. We are grateful to all those who acted in this capacity for us in the past.
