Counterclaim from Sir Claudius Stephen Hunter, Bart of Mortimer Hill, Berks, for a moiety of upper and lower Granton enslaved person, surviving mortgagee in fee, for £4100. Counterclaim (withdrawn) from members of the Ross family (Helen Jane, Margaret Udny, Mary and John), of Aberdeen, North Britain (Scotland), as mortgagees for £2450.
