T71/880: claim from Richard Oliver Smith, owner-in-fee. Counterclaim by the Baillies, as mortgagees and assignees of a legacy of £580 and upwards (admitted by Richard Oliver Smith). Counterclaim by Edmund Broderip of Weymouth Dorset and T.S. Horner of Wells [sp?] Park, Somerset, first mortgagees and trustees of a settlement made on the marriage of Richard Oliver Smith for £11,105, settlement dated 13/08/1819.

An award of £4105 went to E. Broderip and T. Strangways Horner; the balance went to the Baillies.
