T71/877: claim by Maria Turner, of Aigburth, Lancaster (Lancashire), owner-in-fee. Counterclaims from Earle & Turner,  'surviving assignees in trust of Charles Turner who was the assignee of a certn sum of £3000 charged on the above. due for principal and interest to 1/7/1835'. Counterclaim also from Charles Turner, of Liverpool, in right of his wife, for £3450, 'due for principal and interest by virtue of a Deed Poll under hand and seal of Samuel Byam Athill decd.'.
