Abraham Watson Rutherford (a London merchant) & others versus Sarah Wilkinson & others.
T71/865: the original claim was by Thomas Robinson, Joseph Hart and William Meyrick (absentees), as 'trustees of Wm. Bond.' T71/1607: petition from Thomas Robinson, of Milford in the County of Southampton (Hampshire), a clerk; Joseph Hart, of Minchampton, Gloucestershire; and Wm. Meyrick, of Red Lion Square, London.
