T71/859: claim by Margaret Gregory. Counterclaim from the Mitchells of Lime St, London as judgement creditors for £978 7s 7d. Adjudged £569 1s 0d to the Mitchells, remainder to John Phillips, surviving executor of John Gregory. Margaret Gregory had claimed as executor and tenant for life, then died. Margaret Gregory was the widow of John Gregory of Plumdon near Annan [south-west Scotland] lately residing at Edinburgh: John Phillips was a solicitor in Edinburgh. Fellowship Hall was a coffee plantation.
