T71/888: claim by Edward Kensington and Cornelius Paine, as mortgagees in possession. Counterclaim from Henry Underwood Dyett, of (231/2) Finsbury Circus, London, as heir at law and executor of Henry Dyett, for £7500 plus interest.  

 

T71/1593 p. 13: letter, dated 09/12/1835, to Kensington & Paine, 9 Mincing Lane, stating that there had been no withdrawal of the counterclaim by Mr Dyett.
