Counterclaims from eg John Spooner of London; Hall, McGarel & Co. bond in judgement; Elizabeth & Mehetabel Brathwaite under marriage settlement of parents, each entitled to 1/6 of £5000 currency which with interest up to 13/11/1832 amounted to £1123 3s 10d currency and [by the rules of chancery] then became principal - she therefore counterclaims for that amount with interest from 13/11/1832.
