T71/895: Richard Deane was the executor of John Higginson. Counterclaim from Samuel Benson, of Mr Carlon's [sp?], no. 6 Chancery Lane, under a marriage settlement, dated 19/01/1811, and a decree of the Court of Chancery of Barbados, dated 08/12/1831, to secure an annuity of about £50 sterling on the life of Mrs Jane Abel Benson.
