One moity of the profits of John Scott's Jamaican property were to be invested in funds in Great Britain for the benefit of John James and the other moity for the benefit of his other children George Henry Cussans and Elizabeth, up to £9000 for George Henry Cussans and £6000 for Elizabeth. The estates were to be held in trust for John James, his heirs etc for 500 years.
