William Chisholme bequeathed Thomas's River sugar estate to his brother James in trust for his reputed son Charles Chisholme, his neice Mary Agnes Chisholme (daughter of James) and the eight children of his sister Margaret Scott. James is instructed to sell the estate and split the proceeds equally between the ten of them.
