Gilchrist of Hanover, J., Esq , now in London, & Frances his wife, of the 1st part; Neil Malcolm of Hanover, J., now in London, of the 2d part; Page Keble, Esq., & Richard Sadler of London, Insurance brokers and partners, of the 3d part. Whereas Wm. Gilchrist is seized of a plantation in Hanover called Rutherglen, Page Keble & Richard Sadler advanced him £2100, & the said plantation of 502 acres and slaves having already been mortgaged to Neil Malcolm, Wm.
