Letter from Oliverson dated 27/03/1835: stating that Mrs E.W. Hay of Elgin, Scotland, has a mortgage on estate, mortgagors are Mr Paul Steven Samuells and Isabella his wife, Samuells is the brother of Mrs Hay.
