1804 - 1891
Son of Thomas and Ann Latham and brother of George, Alfred and Charles Latham (each of whom q.v.). [There were 14 children in all.] He pursued with the Compensation Commissioners what appears to have been his mother's claim as mortgagee of the enslaved people on Little Sion and Sion Hill in Antigua.
