Charles Latham (1795-1875), son and executor (with Ann Latham q.v.) of Thomas Latham and brother of Alfred Latham, Governor of Bank of England (q.v.) and Arthur Latham. Settled in Le Havre in 1829 with his French wife, Pauline Elise Delaroche, became President of the Chamber of Commerce there and was grandfather of the French aviation pioneer Hubert Latham (1883-1912).
