Probably Thomas Rous (or Rouse) Howell who was buried in St Michael, Barbados, 26 December 1829 aged 66. Married Anna Maria Thornhill Walrond 12/04/1787 in St Michael. They had 5 children baptised in Barbados: Thomas Wharton (1788), John Rous (1793), Thomas Rous (1795), another Thomas Rous (1797) and Nicholas George (1790). Anna Maria presumably died because he married Frances Prime Mayers in St John, Barbados, in 1807. He and Fanny Prime Howell had at least 4 children baptised in Barbados: Anna Maria Frances (1811), Frances Prime (1817, born 1812), Conrade Adams (1817, born 1814), Ellen Ann Hinds (1824).
