One child baptised in St Luke, Old Charlton, England: Anne Goodridge (1839).
Treasurer of Barbados, 1828-1840, succeeding his two elder brothers. His son John Simpson Howell later became Treasurer as well.
Benjamin Carleton Howell of 5 Beaumont Street, Marylebone, age 63 was buried 11/07/1860 in All Souls, Kensel Green.
