Biography

Caroline Hall Pink, natural daughter of John Pink, planter of Jamaica, and Rebecca Hiatt (both q.v.). Described as a "free quadroon" at her baptism in St Ann, Jamaica, in 1816. Left a share in Up Park pen in St Ann by her mother and in Sunbury estate, Drax Hall and Mocho pen by her father. A further legacy from her grandfather John Hiatt.
