350 acres and 82 enslaved people were owned by the estate of [?] Timberlake in St Andrew, Jamaica, in 1753. Emanuel Timberlake was listed in the Jamaican Quit Rent books for 1754 as the owner of 349 acres of land in St Andrew; presumably this is the estate of the deceased Emanuel Timberlake.

Emanuel Timberlake and his wife Sarah had a son, Richard, baptised in St Andrew in 1723. Emanuel Timberlake and his wife Elizabeth had three children baptised in St Andrew: William (1729), Sarah (1730) and Hurst (1738) and two baptised in Kingston: Samuel (1734) and Richard (1736).
Richard Timberlake and Hurst, his brother, sons of the late Emanuel Timberlake, gentleman, in Kingston in Jamaica, were enrolled at Manchester Free Grammar School, 12/10/1751.
