Purchased a share in Spring estate in St Andrew, Jamaica, from his niece Mary Elbridge, then bequeathed it to his wife Mary for life, and thereafter to his brothers John and Thomas and his nieces Mary and Rebecca in equal portions. The estate had previously been owned by Robert's brother Aldworth Elbridge. Robert Elbridge was deceased by 1727 and his wife Mary by 1745.

Total value of estate at probate: £4393.88 Jamaican currency of which £2647 currency was the value of enslaved people. Estate valuation included £366.13 currency cash, £527.43 currency debts and £141.89 currency plate.
