Daughter of Thomas Oliver of Friar's Hill, Antigua, and one of his residuary legatees.
In 1841, Miss Oliver, of independent means, age 61, born in foreign parts, was living at 6 Harley Place, Clifton, was her sister Mrs Henry H. Tobin (Lucy), nephew Rev. Oliver Rogers, age 40, clergyman, born in county and niece Thomasin O. Haynes, age 20, of independent means, four female servants and two male servants.
In her will, written in 1818 and proved in 1848, she bequeathed everything to her sister Lucy.
