Jedediah Kerie, born West Indies c. 1790 and died aged 85 at St Marylebone in 1875, son of Jedediah Kerie the elder (q.v.), whose death was registered at St Marylebone in 1846.

In 1841 Jedediah Kerie 50, wife Emma 40 and daughter Julia 20 were living at York Place. In 1851 Jedediah Kerie aged 61 fundholder was living with wife Emma aged 58 and daughter Julie [sic] (aged 32, born Bath Somerset) at 36 York place. In 1871 the family was still at the same address. Will of Jedediah Kerie formerly of York Place but late of 8A Gloucester Place both in Portman Square who died 30/10/1875 proved 24/11/1875 by Emma Kerie widow and Julie Kerie spinster the daughter, effects under £50,000. When Emma Kerie died in 1877, she and her daughter Julia were shown as of Lawn House, The Square Hampstead. Julia died in Bath in 1884: both women left approximately £50,000, presumably the same money, the destination of which has not yet ben traced.
