It's assumed that this was Sarah Reece, the wife of Robert Reece (q.v.).
Under Robert's will (2 May 1853), she received half of the profits of the Hope estate for the rest of her life. She died on the Bannatyne estate (also owned by Robert Reece and then his son, also Robert) aged 84.
