Biography

Baptised in October 1817 "about 2 years of age", daughter of Frederick Ferdinand Hill and Favell Scott (both q.v.). Presumably illegitimate and the sister of Jane Hill and John Hill, co-heirs of Favell Scott. Possibly the Emmaline J. or I. Hill, governess, living at Rhyndwyclydach Lower, Llangyfelach, Glamorgan, in 1851, age 35, born Jamaica. Emmeline Hill, age 45, was a visitor in the household of the Strick family at Oystermouth, Glamorgan, in 1861.

  1. Emmaline Innes, youngest daughter of the late Frederick Ferdinand Hill, has a memorial in Mount Jerome Cemetery Dublin that shows her dying aged 81 09/11/1896.
