Party to the Chancery suit of Winter v Innes, arising from the partnership of Nathaniel Winter (q.v) and John Innes. Elizabeth Winter was the executrix and widow of Nathaniel Winter. Her family had been in St Kitts in the late 18th century, where she and her brother John Earle Pitcher had been born: their father was Isaac Pitcher.
In 1841 Elizh. Winter, age 65, was living at Dorset Place, Marylebone, with several of her children and grandchildren. In 1851 Elizabeth Winter aged 76 gentlewoman born St Kitts was living at Lee Terrace, Lee Kent, head of household, with daughters Eliza and Harriet. Elizabeth Winter of Lee Terrace Blackheath was buried at St John the Baptist Woolwich 11/04/1854 aged 79. To date no will has been traced for her.

1851 census online; the will of John Earle Pitcher merchant of St Pancras, proved 07/10/1843 (PROB 11/1987/127) identifies Elizabeth Winter as his sister and Isaac Pitcher as their father.
