Grand-daughter of Major John Duer (d. 1765) and his wife Frances nee Frye. John Duer inherited Duers in Antigua from his father, also called John Duer (d. 1716). Frances Theodora's parents were George Rose (q.v.) and Theodora nee Duer. She is named in the indenture of 1829 as a co-owner of Little Duers when the estate was conveyed to Charles John Manning (q.v.).
Frances Theodora Rose was named as a grand-daughter of Frances Duer in her will dated 04/11/1786.
Frances Theodora Rose was born 10/06/1771 and baptised 08/07/1771 in St George, Hanover Square. She died 15/01/1846 aged 75 and was buried in Christchurch, Hampshire. The will of Frances Theodora Rose, Spinster of Mudeford, Hampshire was proved 26/02/1846.
T71/1220: counterclaim by Charles John Manning, dated 09/12/1829: indenture registered in Antigua 17/4/1830 made between George Henry Rose, W.S. Rose, Frances Theodora Rose and Charles John Manning; Little Duers conveyed to Charles John Manning.
