2751A: £3538 4s 3d went to Miles Brathwaite.

2751B  (dated 20/11/1837): interest only on £322 7s 3d went to R. Deane during Miles Brathwaite's lifetime, to discharge Deane's execution versus Brathwaite; £322 7s 3d went to Irlam etc.

T71/897: claim by Miles Brathwaite, as owner in fee, for 170 enslaved persons, and as tenant for life for 11 enslaved persons.

Counterclaim from Barrow and Louzada; and from Rev. John Brathwaite, curate of Christ Church, for remainder of 11 enslaved persons as heir at law to Elizabeth Brathwaite. G.B. Irlam and J. Higginson, of Liverpool, were trustees for a claim brought by R. Deane, as the executor of George Higginson.
