T71/854: counterclaim from Alexander Barclay, as 'assignee of the whole compensation'. John Aris (the owner and original claimant) admitted Alexander Barclay's counterclaim on 15/12/1835. The award was made on 11/01/1836.  Letter, recieved 17/02/1836, from the Assistant Board stating: it's under consideration. Report of Assistant Commissioners, dated 30/03/1836, stating: 'it appears that the counter claimant is entitled to the whole of the compensation money'.
