T71/1593 p. 10: letter, dated 08/12/1835, to George Kirlew, 12 Claremont Place, Pentonville, London, stating that in a claim by a party as trustee, no award can be made until evidence is provided of the nature of the trust.

 

T71/1608: letter, dated 07/12/1835, from George Kirlew, stating: the claim was preferred by me as trustee under the will of John Thompson, the only counterclaim has been satisfied.
