Successful counterclaim as obligee of bond dated 8th July 1830 for a mortgage of £2600 on the estate and 120 enslaved persons. Also an assignee under deed dated 22nd JANUARY 1831 of Felicia Bolgerd of £1718 0s 11d due to assignor out of the estate of Etienne Bolgerd (under privilege.)

Administration of the will was granted 07/08/1832 to Felix Vaughan Smith, PROB 11/1804/338.
