Hill, 18 Tokenhouse Yard, agent to Archibald McCunn stating that John Stuart is a merchant of Kingston, Archibald McCunn and James McCunn are executors of Daniel Mccunn deceased, James McCunn is now deceased also and that Archibald McCunn is resident in Glasgow Hill requests that payment is made to Archibald McCunn as 'resident executor' instead of the said John Stuart 'the absent executor'.
