T71/879: claim by John James Amory, as owner. Counterclaim by the Hunts, of Blessington St., Dublin, as mortgagees under indres of May 1832 for £4382 16s 43/4d. Counterclaim from Philip Protheroe and John Savage, of Bristol, merchants, as creditors of John James Amory for £1700. The Hunts filed a suit in Chancery; the suit was dismissed.
