Counterclaims from (1) James Lindsay, Mattew Wasdale et al mortgagees (2) John Bate Cardale of Bedford Row, and Saml Steward of Lincolns Inn, mortgagees (3) Rev. Thos. Shuttleworth Gumshaw of Biddenham Bedford, (Clerk), George Peter Livius of Bedford, Robert Henley Papier (sic, = Robert Henley Payne, second son of Sir Peter Payne [White's directory of Hampshire 1859 East Meon]) of Austin Friars and Charles Gillies Payne of Chester St, Grosvenor Place as trustees for the marriage settlement of George Henry Sharpe and Caroline his wife (4) Caroline Barnewall of 24 Devonshire St for herself and her trustee the Hon. Wm. Crooke of St Vincent,  mortgagee for £1000 and interest.
