Counterclaims by Thomas Griffith of Kew [sic = New] Place, Southampton, executor of Thomas Griffith the elder, surviving partner of Thomas Wickham, judgement creditor; Crawford Davison, London merchant, mortgagee for £7819 13s 1d as per account made up to 12 August 1834 subject to a credit for sugars. Cobb, Cahill, and Loughnan were executors of Crawford Davison the elder.
