The co-partnery carried on by the deceased James Bogle, the deceased Robert Douglas and by the subscribers (the only other partners) under the firm of Campbell, Bogle and Douglas of Glasgow and in Bombay under Campbell Millar & Co., was dissolved in Bombay in March 1852 years [sic] and in Glasgow as of 31/12/1853. Signed James Campbell, G.W. Campbell, James M'Clelland (judicial factor on the estate of James Bogle) and Ann Douglas executrix qua relict of the late James Douglas.
