William Cross ceased 31/12/1834 to have any interest in the business carried on in Glasgow under the firm of Dennistoun, MacGregor and Co., and in Trinidad under the firm of Dennistoun & Co. James Dennistoun, A. Macgregor, William Cross.
The company carrying on business as Dennistoun, MacGregor and Company was dissolved on 31/12/1841 by mutual consent of the subscribers, the sole partners. J.R. Dennistoun and A. MacGregor.
