[n.d.] shows the sale by William Snell & Sarah Snell of Thames Ditton to William Pearce of St Swithins Lane of a half share in the sugar estate formerly called Mount alias Mount Martha but now Cape Sale in Grenada, of 243 acres and with 130 enslaved people.
